All our flooring is ready to send out from our UK based warehouse. Our delivery duration for any floor is within 2-3 business days. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your order and location.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery costs £39.99 for all mainland UK orders. If your flooring is in stock, you can expect delivery within 2–3 working days.

Some products may need to be ordered in specially, which can take longer. We recommend checking with us before placing your order if you’re working to a deadline.

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm a suitable delivery date. We will never dispatch your order until this is agreed, so please make sure your contact details are correct.

If you have any special requirements or preferred delivery dates, please add these in the order notes.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries take place between 8:30am and 6:00pm. Saturday or out-of-hours deliveries can be arranged for an additional surcharge (see rate card below).

  • Most deliveries arrive on a pallet and are kerbside only. Our third-party delivery partners may be able to move the pallet to your garage or front door if there is clear access.

  • We deliver across the whole of the UK. Please note that some rural and non-mainland postcodes incur a higher delivery fee.

Important Information

  • All deliveries are made by third-party couriers. Deliveries are kerbside, and drivers are not obliged to carry goods inside your property.

  • You must inspect your order on arrival. If any items are damaged, please note this with the driver before signing for the delivery. We cannot replace items not marked as damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Natura Flooring is not liable for property damage caused during delivery (including driveways, paths, verges, garages, or flowerbeds). In the unlikely event of damage, we will provide courier details so you can raise a claim.

  • We are not liable for costs associated with late deliveries, or for damages caused by contractors booked before receiving your flooring. We strongly advise scheduling trades people only after your flooring has been delivered.

  • If no one is available to receive delivery and you haven’t advised the driver, a re-delivery charge will apply.

  • Once flooring has been delivered and accepted and signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
