If you’re not completely satisfied with your flooring, or if you have unopened packs left over from your project, you can return them for a refund.
The Returns Process
30 Calendar Days
You have 30 days to change your mind or return any excess packs. Please note that any damaged items must be reported within 14 days of your delivery date.
Return Your Items
To begin the returns process, download and complete our returns form (available below) and include it with the items you’re returning.
14 Days to Process
Once your returned items reach our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, provided the goods are in a resalable condition. If items are damaged, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund entirely.

Important Information About Returns
- Limited Edition and Discontinued Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discontinued or limited-edition products.
- Condition of Goods: The items are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. To ensure a successful refund, all goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact and in a resalable condition.
- Proof of Condition: We recommend taking photographs of your goods before shipping them back. This serves as evidence in case the items arrive damaged.
- Additional Packaging: Protect the manufacturer’s boxes by adding extra packaging to prevent dirt or damage during transit.
- Returns Form: A completed returns form must accompany all returns. Download the returns form here.
- Return Costs: It’s your responsibility to arrange the return and cover any associated costs.
