Prime Grade

Our most premium oak flooring:

15% Refund Photo Offer – Terms & Conditions

At Natura Flooring, we love seeing our products beautifully installed in your home. To thank customers who share their completed flooring transformations, we offer a 15% refund on their order, subject to the following terms:

1. Before & After Photos Required

Customers must provide clear before photos and after photos of the same room.

The after photos must show the room fully completed, with furniture and décor back in place.

2. Photo Quality

Photos must be taken at the highest resolution setting available on your device.

Low-quality, blurry, dark, or incomplete photos will not be accepted.

3. Unsuitable Photos

Refunds will not be issued if the after photos show a room that is still under construction, unfinished, or resembles a building site.

We reserve the right to decline any photos that do not meet our standards for use on our website and marketing materials.

4. Approval & Refund

Once approved by our team, your refund of 15% will be processed back to your original payment method.

Natura Flooring reserves the right to refuse the refund if the photos do not meet the above requirements.

By submitting your photos, you agree that Natura Flooring may use them as case studies on our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
